I'm currently tattooing in PDX at $150/hr with a $250 appointment minimum.   Please feel free to ask for an estimate when booking and I'll do my best to give a good approximation! 

Hourly rates almost always vary for travel outside of PDX.

I have a $100 nonrefundable deposit through Venmo/Cashapp to book an appointment and that counts toward your total cost of the appointment.

For custom work, there's a separate charge that ranges from $20-$50/hr depending on complexity of the work.  This fee is to cover the time spent working on your design and is separate from the deposit and does not count toward the total cost of the appointment.   An estimate for this cost can usually can be estimated after a consult call to go over the work.  Cancelling/noshowing/bailing on the appointment after the custom work has already been drawn will bump the custom hourly to the max (50/hr).

Aside from the deposit, cash is preferred for final payment but if Venmo/Cashapp is more convenient (or the project is HUGE), that's totally ok!

I'm happy to give estimates for how much a piece is going to be, but keep in mind that depending on the location/size of the design, my estimate might not be exact.

Your deposit is good for 1 reschedule as long as it's at least 48 hours before the appointment.   Cancelling or rescheduling on short notice (within 48 hours) will forfeit your deposit and you'll need to pay another one to book again.

No-call no-showing will result in my tender feelings being hurt so plz don't :(
